Coaching

Mindful Healthy Living Coaching combines experiences with various yoga and mindfulness teachings with insights from modern neuroscience and health research. The coaching sessions are tailored to your personal situation. They intend to support you to identify ways in which you can make simple changes that improve your wellbeing and enjoy life more fully. Usually a package consists of 6-10 live or zoom coaching sessions of 50 Min each. In addition you will receive personalized audio recordings with Meditations, Yoga Asanas as well as exercises to do at home. Regular exchanges via messenger or email allow to clarify any urgent questions that arise between the meetings. The price depends on your particular condition and financial means.
