Vegan gluten & dairy free brownies
150 gr 100% Chocolate (ideally soya lecitin free)
150 gr Coconut Oil
3 Table Spoons ground line seeds
50 gr Maple Syrup1 Tea Spoon Vanilla
100 gr Almond or Haselnut Flour
Preheat the oven to °C180.
Melt the Chocolate and the Coconut Oil in a Cup inside a pot of hot water. When melted add the line seeds and stir.
Mix Maple Syrup and Nut Flour in a Bowl. Add the melted chocolate mixture and stir lightly.
Cover baking tray with coconut oil and spread the mixture on it. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
Let it cool down and store in the fridge.
