Sleep is the corner stone of good health

My experience is, that sleep really is the most important piece of the health puzzle. If we don't sleep well, it's hard not to have any food cravings, especially for sweets, we cannot get ourselves to work out, or even go for a walk, we suffer from brain fog and have no energy to meditate, or we get irritable and cannot be there for our loved ones. I've also made the experience, that it's possible to improve sleep with quite simple small steps, including: no blue light 2 hours before going to sleep, reducing caffeine intake and not consuming any after 2pm, getting out into the fresh air, taking high quality magnesium before bedtime, eating at least three hours before going to bed...
