Raw Coconut Energy Balls
Raw coconut balls are a good option to give you energy when you crave for a sweet snack. Here are two versions:
Coconut-Date-Carob balls
100gr. Coconut Mus
2 Dates cut into small pieces
40 gr. Carob Powder
1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
2 Tablespoons Coconut Flakes
Coconut-Haselnut-Cocoa balls
100 gr Coconut Mus
2 Tablespoons Haselnut Mus
40 gr. Cocoa Powder
1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
2 Tablespoons Coconut Flakes
Mix all the ingredients with a fork until the coconut mus has completely merged with the other ingredients. Make little balls and roll them in the coconut flakes. Put them in a container in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Store refrigerated.
