Home made gluten free granola

200 gr big gluten free Oat Flakes
100 gr  Tigernut Flakes
80 gr Almonds
80 gr Pecan Nuts
20 gr golden Lineseeds

40 gr Maple Syrup
1/2 Tea Spoon Vanilla
1 Table Spoon Cinnamon
80 gr liquid Coconut Oil

Pre-heat the oven at 120 °C. Mix all ingredients well in a bowl. Spread the granola on a try covered with baking paper. Bake for approx. 1 hour. Stirr every 20 minutes to bake the ingredients from all sides.
