Home made chocolate

80g Cocoa Butter 
40 g raw Cocoa Powder
1 Tea Spoon Vanilla
2 Table Spoons Maple Sirup or Coconut Sugar
40 g full fat cream - or if you cannot tolerate dairy Coconut Oil
1 Table spoon Haselnutmus

Heat hot water in a pot. Put all the ingredients into a large cup which you can put inside the pot to melt the cocoa butter until you get a smooth cream. Stir and mix well. Pour the cream into a container. Put the container in the fridge for approx. 2 hours. Keep in the fridge.
